Delivery Information
Shipping:
Your order will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of your payment being cleared. Occasionally however due to stock availability this can take longer. If your product is not in stock or if your product has an extended delivery time, you will be contacted immediately by one of our sales consultants advising you of the expected time delay. We deliver throughout the whole of South Africa.
We will deliver as per section 46 of the Electronics communications and transactions Act.2002. Please note packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box address if delivered via courier. Please make sure there is someone at the place specified to receive the goods.
ACLA speaker products may be built to order which will take a minimum of 6 weeks. Please contact us for details. info@acla.co.za
Delivery Costs:
Orders to the value of R1,000 or more are delivered FREE OF CHARGE. If your order totals less than R1,000 then there is a standard delivery fee of R75. We usually find the best delivery solution per specific client and order, but if you request special delivery instructions please contact us.
Returns:
In the case of a return for refund due to ordering the incorrect products, you are responsible for return shipping of the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the exchange. Items returned for a refund are subject to 10% handling & restocking fee, but depending on the products this handling fee could be wavered at our discretion.

We would suggest that you contact us prior to placing your order to check stock availability, find out what our recommendations would be for your specific application, arrange special delivery or even negotiate the best price for bulk or high value orders.
